What a typical visit looks like

First comes arrival and check-in: a warm greeting, a quick chat about how your loved one is feeling, and a look at the day's plan. Then personal care routine: bathing, grooming and dressing at their pace, following the preferences recorded in the care plan.

Next, comfort and mobility: safe transfers, gentle movement and settling comfortably, with the space left tidy. Finally, notes and handover: the caregiver records the visit and shares anything the family should know.

Scheduling

Personal care can be scheduled from a few hours a week to daily visits, in the morning, evening or both. Plans can be adjusted at any time as needs change. Options include morning, evening or twice-daily visits, consistent caregiver wherever possible, and adjust hours as needs change.
